24-Circuit Motor Control Panel Enclosure
A welded steel enclosure built to house a 24-circuit motor control panel on an active factory production line, where the panel had to slot into an existing equipment footprint without any on-site modification. Cable entry points were laser-cut to match the client's internal wiring layout exactly, and the door-and-latch assembly was formed to a consistent bend tolerance so the seal held up under daily vibration and dust exposure. The enclosure was powder coated for abrasion resistance, and every unit went through dimensional inspection before shipment to confirm door alignment and hardware clearance. The panels installed directly into the client's line with no rework needed.
