6-Axis Robotic Arm Base Mounting Plate
A set of precision mounting plates for a 6-axis robotic arm base, integrated into an automated production cell where the plates directly set the arm's position relative to the rest of the equipment. Even small dimensional drift from one plate to the next would stack up into real alignment problems once the cell was running, so we laser-cut and CNC-formed every plate to hold consistent hole placement and bend angles to ±0.5° across the full batch. Plates were fabricated in stainless steel for long-term durability under continuous operation, with a finish selected to resist wear from repeated cycling. Every plate installed the same way, with no field adjustment required — a detail that mattered for an integrator working against a tight commissioning schedule.
