Precision Enclosure for Handheld Diagnostic Device
A compact handheld enclosure for a portable electronic diagnostic instrument, designed around a tight footprint where every millimeter of internal space mattered for battery and PCB placement. We laser-cut the enclosure to ±0.1–0.2mm tolerance for a precise seam fit between the top and bottom shells, formed the panel corners to a consistent bend radius for a comfortable ergonomic grip, and added a display window cutout sized exactly to the client's LCD module. The enclosure was finished with a durable powder coating for daily handling, and every unit passed dimensional inspection to confirm the display window and button cutouts aligned correctly before shipment.
